Fit Houston's mission is to inspire vibrant minds, bodies, and communities through physical activity. We are excited to partner with HOPE Clinic and The Asian Social to bring the most diverse array of health and wellness resources to Houston at this free fitness and health event!
Our goal is to create an atmosphere that combines health education, physical activity, family-friendly activities, and a culture of healthy living within our community. So come get your sweat on with free 30-minute workout classes like Zumba and yoga, healthy cooking demonstrations, free food samples, healthy food bags, a Pop Up fruit market, and much more!

Fit Houston is a nonprofit 501C(3) that promotes healthy lifestyles by increasing physical activity in free outdoor spaces and with free wellness programs. Our focus is primarily in communities with reduced access to gyms and wellness resources. We believe that daily movement is the perfect ingredient for a happy and healthy life!
In partnership with TheEast End District, Fit Houston is bring the East End Fit Houston Fest to the Esplanade on Navigation! Our goal is to create an atmosphere that combines health education, physical activity, family-friendly activities, and a culture ofhealthy living within our community. Our event will feature free 30-minute workout classes, healthy cooking demonstrations, and much more! By participating in the East End Fit Houston Fest, you will have the opportunity to showcase your services to a diverse audience while contributing to the community's well-being.

All ages are included and no registration is required! All ages are welcome and we have activities for various ages and abilities.
Thereis free street parking on area streets, but no designated festival parkingarea. Please observe all posted signs. We encourage neighbors to walk or bike,and others to use public transportation.

Wear workout clothing that is comfortable, and be ready to sweat! Our fitness formats last about 30 minutes.

No animals are allowed on the festival grounds with the exception of registered service animals or dogs, as long as they are restrained with a leash; anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the festival grounds.
No illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, or any item that resembles a weapon or firearm. Laser pointers are also prohibited at all areas. Items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Any illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities. Smoking is prohibited within the festival grounds and this includes vaping.
Personal cameras and video cameras are permitted at the EEFHF. However, any professional camera equipment (including tripods, cameras with removable lenses, etc) is not. Videotaping of an entire performance is prohibited. Professional equipment for the use of media coverage must be cleared in advance with EEFHF staff. If you are a media outlet and would like to cover the event, please contact jose@imaginacommunications.com to schedule in advance.
Lost children should be taken to the stage area. We will have a Fit Houston volunteer stationed there.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
There are trash cans located all over the festival grounds.

Yes, biking to the festival is encouraged! Bikes are not permitted within the festival gates. EEFHF is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please abide by all safety rules.

Fit Houston volunteers will wear a lanyard with a QR code for the liability waiver, and will have health passports to pass out with the schedule of activities on the back.

Yes,there are several restaurants throughout the community available for yourconvenience.
Yes.Port-a-john bathrooms and hand washing stations will be available throughoutthe festival grounds.
There are handicap stalls in the main facilities and also handicap accessible port-o-johns.
Yes, first aid is available near the Hospitality Tent.
